General Questions

What is the Investor Resource Center (IRC)?

The Investor Resource Center (IRC) is an educational and transparency environment designed to support informed evaluation of the GCM Investment Platform and the funds managed within it.

The IRC provides context, explanations, and access to information. It is not an investment product and does not offer or solicit investments.

Is the IRC the same as the GCM Investment Platform?

No.

  • The IRC is an information and diligence resource.

  • The GCM Investment Platform is the GP-led structure through which investment strategies and funds are managed.

The IRC supports understanding of the platform; it does not operate investments.

Is GCM Intelligence part of the IRC?

No.

GCM Intelligence is a public newsroom and research platform that provides independent market analysis and commentary.

The IRC is a separate environment focused on education, governance, and investor diligence.

Investment Platform & Funds

What does “investment platform” mean at GCM?

At GCM, the investment platform refers to a unified, multi-fund structure operated under a single general partner.

Multiple strategies are implemented through distinct funds, while governance, risk management, and investor engagement are applied consistently at the platform level.

Are the funds independent of each other?

Each fund represents a distinct strategy with its own mandate, assets, and risk profile.

However, all funds operate within the GCM Investment Platform, which applies shared governance standards, risk oversight, and investor communication practices.

Are the funds newly launched?

Some funds managed within the GCM Investment Platform are newly launched or in early stages of capital formation.

As a result:

  • Capital is being raised alongside initial deployment

  • Historical performance may be limited or unavailable

  • Portfolio composition may evolve over time

These considerations are described in more detail on the Funds and Transparency pages.

Eligibility and Access

Who can invest in GCM-managed funds?

Eligibility depends on investor status, jurisdiction, and applicable securities regulations.

This may affect which materials can be shared and which offering structures are available. Eligibility does not determine suitability or approval to invest.

Where can I learn more about eligibility?

Detailed, educational information about eligibility and jurisdictional considerations is available on the Eligibility page.

Eligibility

Why can’t all documents be accessed publicly?

Certain materials are subject to regulatory, jurisdictional, or confidentiality restrictions.

Controlled access helps ensure compliance with securities laws and responsible disclosure practices. Access to materials does not constitute an offer or recommendation.

Process and Investor Relations

How do I request investor materials?

Requests for detailed materials are handled through Investor Relations.

This process may include:

  • Submission of basic information

  • Review for regulatory and jurisdictional alignment

  • Controlled access where appropriate

Not all requests result in access to materials.

Does requesting materials mean I am investing?

No.

Requesting or receiving materials does not constitute an offer, commitment, or recommendation. Any investment decision can be made only after reviewing formal offering documents.

Is there a minimum investment amount?

Minimum investment amounts, where applicable, are described only in formal offering documents and may vary by fund and jurisdiction.

Performance and Risk

Is performance information available?

Because some funds are newly launched, historical performance information may be limited or unavailable.

Where performance information is provided, it is presented with appropriate context and limitations.

Are investments guaranteed?

No.

All investments involve risk, including the potential loss of capital. No guarantees of performance, income, or capital preservation are made.

Documents and Communication

Will I receive ongoing updates after investing?

Investors who participate in a fund typically receive ongoing communications through a centralized Investor Relations framework, which may include periodic reporting and updates.

The frequency and format of communications may vary by fund and strategy.

Can I speak directly with someone at GCM?

Yes.

Investors may contact Investor Relations with questions related to process, access, or materials. Investment advice is not provided.
